For Colmar-Riquewihr bookmark http://www.cg68.fr/horaires-des-bus/horaires-des-bus.html and pick route 106 nearer the time.
The Avignon-Roussillon service is much more limited but doable: go to http://www.vaucluse.fr/1119-recherche-de-lignes.htm. You need route 7 and then route 16.3

Thanks for your response. I am all set with Colmar-Riquewihr connection. But I could not figure out Avignon to Roussillon via Apt. Could not find line 16.3 and line 7 does not show Apt.
