Lisbon - self guided walks

Has anyone done the "Three Lisbons" self guided walk described in the RS Portugal book? It says the walk can be done in 3hrs. I only have a half day in Lisbon, so I am trying to prioritize. Is this walk possible in 3hr? I heard that the neighborhoods are confusing and it might be better to hire a guide for a half day tour. Any thoughts? Thanks!

You can do the walk in three hours without stopping at any of attractions along the way-its mostly an orientation tour. It's an easy walk and you won't get lost. But if I only had half a day, I would check out the attractions in the Belem district.
