What is the best way to get from Lisbon Airport into Lisbon. Online the 'reserved' vehicles are up to $25.00 one way. Surely there is a shuttle or something less expensive to go less then 10 km.

Lisbon's airport is located within the city; not on the outskirts like a lot of other international airports. Thus, it's a very short taxi ride to the city center. If your looking to save money, then have the taxi drive you to the nearest metro station.
