Any suggestions for a company that offers a boat tour in Lisbon. Would like a small group, 2 to 3 hours.....hotel pick up would be great!

You'd probably be better off just wandering down to the Tagus bridge and snooping around to see what you like. There's cabin cruisers, schooners, smaller sailboats, sightseeing boats, adventure zodiacs, maybe even inner tubes. I can't imagine that they'd all be full. The TI has brochures and I'm sure some had pick-up provisions. There's several TI's, one is on Arsenal right along the river near the city hall.
