We have found an apartment in Lisbon on the goLisbon web site. Was wondering if anyone has rented an apartment through them and how the area called Rossio is. The apartment is called Casa Rossio, is this area a quiet one? We are seniors and like a good nights sleep. Any other suggestions on finding apartments would be welcome. Especially if you have delt with goLisbon.

I was in Lisbon 2 weeks ago. The Rossio area is not quiet during daytime, lots of shops and restaurants, so my guess would be that it must be as busy at night. Here is the apartment we rented, i only have good comments about the apartment and its owner, it was a very quiet area, just about 5-10 min from the Rossio area. Enjoy Lisbon, what a beautiful city, well all of Portugal is great!
