I absolutely love Lindt chocolate and have recently discovered their website that includes several wonderful recipes. Are there classes offered in Switzerland or Germany for us 'regular people' in how to cook with chocolate, particularly Lindt? I'm not interested in a culinary degree, just in taking a class. I've searched the web but haven't found anything.

Alexandra, I have no personal experience with this, first of all. But, I suspect that you will potentially need to broaden your search. Lindt chocolate is lovely, and I have enjoyed my fair share of their bars, but there are numerous other local (and wonderful) chocolate makers who may offer classes. Also, there are probably other private cooks who may offer exactly what you're looking for, minus the specificity of Lindt. If I were you, I'd google chocolate classes instead of Lindt classes and see if you can find what you need. I also might try davidlebovitz.com as a starting place for searching. He is based in Paris and has a listing of classes primarily in Paris and France, but those listings may help you find something close to where you will be. The TI websites might also be helpful. Good luck! A chocolate class sounds like a lot of fun!
