In regards to the Liability Insurance that is included with the rental cars basic coverage for cars in France (that is included in the price and required)---Does that Liability Insurance cover the full cost of fixing someone else's vehicle if you have an accident? Has anyone ever had an accident in France with a rental car that used the AmXpress PREMUIM Car Rental Insurance? I know that this policy does not cover liability insurance as it is covered by the rental car company in the cost of renting your car.
