We are driving from Paris to just outside of Florence and we hope to break our journey about half way down. We are a family of two adults and three younger children so we need to be in a family room or similar. We are looking for an affordable, but special, place to break the night. Perhaps a restored chateau or something exciting to make it more interesting than just a roadside stopover. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
