Does anyone know of any laundromat's in Madrid that are located in the Salamanca area (North of Parque Del Buen Reiro? I'm staying at the Melia Galgos and don't want to pay hotel prices.

If you don't get an answer here try madridman.com http://www.madridman.com. This is a site that is dedicated to Madrid and has a message board for questions and links to hotels, hostals and pensions, along with links to other Spanish cities. It is owned and managed by an American who moved to Madrid about 5 years ago and a lot of people that live in Madrid or travel there often answer questions on the message boards.

I wanted information about self-service laundromats in the 5th district in Paris. I used Google. You could probably do the same for Madrid. Didn't RS have any listed in his books for Spain?
