Latin Quarter hotels in Paris: which would you pick of these 4?

I'm going to Paris in August for the first time and would like a reasonably nice (3 star) hotel in the Latin Quarter. Interested in being near tons of good cafes/people/nightlife and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Which would be the best located hotel? All have AC.

1) Jardin de l'Odeon - 102.5 Euros per night
2) Abbatial Saint Germain - 99 Euros per night
3) Hotel du Pantheon - 94 Euros per night (are the rooms really abnormally small??)
4) Hotel Saint Germain des Pres - 112.5 Euros per night including breakfast

Greatly appreciate it!

Thanks Doug, I did look and all have good reviews, at least a 4.0/5.0 average rating. I'm interested in knowing some of the differences in the areas - the Jardin de l'Odeon is by the Odeon metro stop, the Hotel Saint Germain des Pres by the Saint Germain stop, the Abbatial Saint Germain by the Maubert Mutualite stop, and the Hotel du Pantheon right by the Pantheon close to the Luxembourg RER stop.

I'm guessing the Jardin de l'Odeon or the Abbatial St Germain would be the best located ones for cafes, nightlife, wine bars, walking to the Seine?

We stayed at Hotel du Pantheon last July. We had a "deluxe" room that was small, but fine. If you're not in a deluxe room it probably is very small. We've also stayed at Hotel St. Jacques on rue des Ecoles, metro: Maubert-Mutualite, and that location is better for the metro, the Seine, Notre Dame, etc. Being near the RER is not as useful as being near the metro. Elevator at Hotel du Pantheon is tiny and broke down constantly. We got stuck in it w/the mgr. She laughed it off, we were scared because we didn't know how long the 4 of us would be stuck there in an elevator for 2 people, plus it was 105 degrees that day. Hotel du Pantheon is pretty, and very clean, but I'd prefer to be closer to a metro stop and Notre Dame. I hope you have a great time wherever you stay!
