We plan to spend 3 days in LaRioja, Spain in Sept. of this year. Any suggestions re which wineries we should visit and how to obtain an appointment? Sightseeing? Restaurants? We have rented a car so we can move around easily. Thanks.

Most wineries that offer tours have websites where you can book tours. If I'm not mistaken, though, September starts the harvest season and some wineries stop tours during that time.
