Itinerary Recommendation Needed

Should we go Fussin to Strasburg then south of France before returning to Paris for flight home. Or go to S of F and then to Strasburg. And if we do Strasburg last should we take an over night train from Fussin area to Nice? Once in France we will rent a car whichever route we decide.
