Celebrated my brithday in Nice in 2002. Ate at La Nissa Bella, 6, rue Ste Reparate, very reasonable, in the old town. Charming staff, and Nicoise--very Italian influenced--cuisine. Have fun! Lots of great shopping in Nice.
