Is this ok for Spain or too rushed?

Hi There,

I m getting very excited as I leave for my 8 month trip in 6 weeks –im travelling
From Australia with my boyfriend, we are going to the US and Vancouver for the first
Month before heading to Europe for 13 weeks, I have booked the first couple of months accommodation and have finally completed doing all of that, ive just started
Looking back at my plan and am starting to wonder if my spain part of the trip is a little ambitious (rushed). I have listed my plans below, can you please critique:

14 May 2008 – Arrive 7PM Madrid from Paris
15 May 2008- Madrid
16 May 2008-Madrid
17 May 2008-Madrid
18 May 2008-Toledo
19 May 2008-Cordoba
20 May 2008-Granada
21 May 2008-Granada
22 May 2008-Ronda
23 May 2008-Seville
24 May 2008-Seville
25 May 2008-Train Seville back to Madrid for flight to Morocco

I am doing 4 nights in Barcelona after Morocco

I am starting to think as I have 3 one nighters in Spain (Toledo, Cordoba, Ronda) that it will be incredibly rushed. Should I leave the plans as is or day trip it to Toledo from Madrid, what about cordoba and ronda, im planning on leaving early Madrid to Toledo, check into hotel for 1 night there, and spend the day there, same with cordoba and ronda-

Is my plan ok, or too rushed , will it be better if I day trip to these places or staying one night will be ok?
Some people say stay the 1 night, some say day trip , pls help

Thanks Vikkie ?

Vikkie,..actually, your itinerary is a lot more relaxed than most peoples'. I would spend the extra night in Madrid and just do Toledo as a day trip....if you're travelling by train, you have to come back to Madrid to get the train to Cordoba anyway. Your other one-nighters aren't too far away from the points in between, so staying the one night will still give you plenty of time to explore Ronda and Cordoba. One change I might suggest is doing Cordoba-Sevilla-Ronda-Granada-Madrid. Once in Cordoba, you're only a fast AVE train ride away from Sevilla....it'll take you a while longer to get to Granada from there. When you return from Granada to Madrid, take the bus (about 5 1/2 hours)....a lot cheaper and almost as fast as the train.
