Is getting an ITIC for South of France - Barcelona worth it?

I have searched the internet and can't seem to see the discounts on Museums, Bus/train travel, Housing and other that the ISIC/ITIC seems to offer.

Does anyone have an ITIC card and can confirm the types of discounts that having this card might offer in these area?

We plan on going down the coast by bus... Nice, Monaco, Cannes, St.Trope, AIX, Marsille, and a couple others and then Barcelona.

In Spain the museums are free on Sundays. In fact many museums are free on certain days or free completely in parts of Europe.
