Interlaken to Paris - Paris to Zurich railpass - so confused!!!

I am so totally confused over these railpasses!! We are going to be landing in Zurich on Sept. 5th and going to Wengen - then to Paris on the 10th for a couple days then back to Zurich for flight home -- Would I need a Switzerland - France pass and just buy our local passes when we get there - I don't know what to do!! Please help!

According to the SBB site, the rail fare from Lauterbrunnen to Paris is over 150 SF - RT would be over 300 and the France-Switzerland rail pass is about the same price for 4 days of travel.

It seems as if there is no savings with a rail pass.

Perhaps someone else on this board will have more information.
