Interlaken and Chillon

We will be in Interlaken for several days and plan to do the Jungfraujoch excursion. What is there to do if the weather is poor and the mountain trips are fogged in, clouded out, or raining? Also we will make an excursion to Chillon Castle what is a worthwhile thing to do in the afternoon because we planned on Olympic Museum, but it is closed? We have seen Gruyeres and Broc on past trips.

You could take the train from Montreux to Rocher-de-naye. You have wonderful views from up there. Another option is to visit the Lavaux vineyards.
Lausanne is a worthwhile destination too (cathedral, old town).

although the main Olympic Museum is closed there is an exhibition on a boat below the Museum. I don't know any more than that. Interlaken if the cloud is low, if it's not raining the open air museum at Ballenberg near Brienz, go one way on the steamer from Interlaken Ost and catch the bus at Brienz. Take the train to Berne and explore the old town, that's under cover. There are guided tours of the Federal Parliament building. If the clouds level allows walk from Mannlichen to Kleine Schiedegg and take the train back via Grindelwald. Take the train to Thun and come back on the boat after exploring Thun and its castle. There are two more castles between Interlaken and Thun at Spiez and Oberhofen.
