Inter-Country Transportation Suggestions

Just trying to get a feel for the best options for transportation between my destination cities for my trip. I'll be going from Prague to Cesky Krumlov, Cesky to Salzburg, Salzburg to Fussen, and Fussen to either Castelrotto, Italy or Venice. Looking for something that is the best happy medium between price, speed, and centrality. Thanks!!

And if any of those trips have the possibility for overnight travel I would definitely be interested in hearing about those options too! Especially from Fussen to Venice.

With advance purchase online from the German Rail (Bahn) website, you can get a ticket from Salzburg to Fuessen using an express train from Salzburg to Munich for as low as €29/p. That trip will take you about 4 hours. The Munich to Fuessen leg will be by regional train. Or, you can purchase a Bayern-Ticket at the Salzburg Hbf and do the trip on regional trains in about 45 min more. The Bayern-Ticket costs €21 for a single person, €29 for up to 5 people, and can be purchase right up to travel time.

So either option takes me through Munich first? The Bayern ticket cannot be purchased in advance? Also, do any recommendations for getting from Cesky Krumlov to Salzburg? Thanks so much!!
