We will be in Barcelona on Sept. 11th. I cannot find much information on what to expect other than "attractions" should be open. Can anyone provide advice on whether this is a good or bad day to see sights in the Barri Gotic, or day trip to Montserrat? Are there special events to know about? Should we avoid/seek out any particular areas of town?
