How do I print a map in the Rick's Steve's i-book? The maps are hard to read on my i-phone.

Indeed the maps in the iBook are difficult to read. My solution was to check out the paper version of the guidebook from the library and photocopy the maps we'll need. You can use a copy machine, or (as I did) use your camera to photograph the maps, use software to process the map images (crop, set levels, arrange multiple maps on one page), then print on your printer.
