Huge never destroyed medieval castle reopens - Frankfurt area

Kronberg castle, built between 1220 and 1440, this weekend reopens after 5 years of comprehensive restauration works. Kronberg is only a 30mins train ride from downtown Frankfurt or 30mins taxi ride from the airport and even works as long-layover activity. Website in German only but with pictures: burgkronberg.de
