My husband and I will be in Luzern on August 1. We just realized that it is the national holiday. Are there any special events worth seeing? We'd like to see how the Swiss celebrate their holidays, but not keen on things like big parades that are put on just for tourists. Also, are somethings closed, or will the train run on a special schedule? Thanks for any suggestions!
