How to recharge French Orange Sim from the USA

I've used the process of #224# then enter the 14 number pin then enter...but it doesn't work now.

If anyone knows the correct procedure OR a customer service phone number I can dial from here in the States - I'd be very thankful to receive the info.

You can only recharge on the ORANGE site with a French credit card...

I am not French (don't speak it either) - and do not have a French credit card.

I have the mobicarte (?) numbers with me (I bought a slew of them when I was last in France) - so need help with how to use them from the United States.
