Madrid will be the coolest. It might hit freezing pre-dawn, but will probably be in the sixties by mid-day. Anticipate some drizzel.

Yes Madrid will be the coldest - the others quite mild depending on what you are used to. Seville will be the warmest of the 3 in Andalucia, Granada the coldest. As a female - I would (do) dress in something like long sleeve tshirt, lightweight sweater and a warm but lightweight jacket, with jeans, sox and shoes or boots. Unless I was planning on spending a lot of time outdoors, just standing about, that would be it. Shops, bars, restaurants etc will be warm so you need to be able to take layers off. My husband would wear similar - shirt, sweater, jacket. Google the temps in those places for more information.

You will need to be prepared for chilly weather at night and mornings and for rain. Especially in Madrid. Andalucia will likely be mild and probably sunny. Barcelona probably somewhere in between the two.
