I am having difficuty to order tickets online for Alhambra. Per Rick Steve's Spain book, I went to the booking website for Alhambra, but could not go any further at ticket selection step 1, " how many tickets do you want", it will just keep thinking; I also called the English speaking phone line during the operation time, no one picked up. Any advice? Thanks,

Ask your hotel in Granada to arrange tickets.

I also found the English site to be extremely slow. It's pretty easy to use the Spanish site (especially with a little help from Google Translate) and it is much faster. When you get to Spain, you can get the tickets printed out at most (all?) of the Caixa ATM machines. Just insert the credit card that you used to buy the tickets and "follow the bouncing ball." It takes a minute or two to print the tickets and you're done. No waiting in line at the Alhambra.
