I have a Jungfrau Pass that says good from April to October for 6 consecutive days. I am thinking that I need to go to ticket window at Interlaken Ost to validate it so we can hop the train to Lauterbrunnen.I thought that I would throw this question out there to benefit from others experiences.
Dianne, I just checked my Jungfrau Pass from last year, and I had specified the days of validity when I ordered it. Those were shown on the Pass, which I printed at home. The "Extract" shown on the Pass stated: "The person named on the online ticket must present an A4 printout of the online ticket, personal identification (passport, ID card, General Pass or Half-Fare Card) as well as any discount passes (eg: Swiss Pass, Eurail Pass etc.) to the ticket inspector without being asked." I'd suggest checking with the staff at Interlaken Ost or other stations in Switzerland. That's especially important at the present time, as the Swiss have now resorted to fining passengers who have any "irregularities" with their tickets. Happy travels!
thank you ken
I am leaving for zurich in 8 hours..hasn't anyone used the Jungfrau pass???
