Does anybody know approximately how much is costs to get personal injury coverage for ocuppants and driver? I want to rent a car and it looks like they don't tell us how much extra this costs?

I assume you mean insurance for yourself and your passengers if you happen to be injured in a car accident...not collision damage to the car itself.
That's not something that I've ever seen an auto rental company offer. That's usually the functio of out-of-country medical inusrance, which is available from numerous different companies (if your employers' plan doesn't already cover you.) One website I've seen mentioned by American travellers on this site is insuremytrip.com
