We are renting a house in Arles,France that we found on Abritel.fr. It is called Mazet de sal and has a location #968822. The owners are the Petite family, Michele Petite has communicated with us. My question is, has anyone stayed at this house or knows anything about it. My main concern is the money we have to pay. We must give them a 1000 euro deposit that is refundable. They take up to 15 days after we depart to refund it if there is no damage to their house. This seems ok, but I would like to know if anyone has experience with them or other house rentals. Did you have a problem getting the refund (owner came up with a problem with their house that was made up so they could keep some or all of the deposit). I would appreciate any info or advise about this.
