My husband and I will be in Vienna in January, 2008. We have a very early flight (6:55 AM) when we leave to go home. I think we should probably stay out by the airport on our last night, but I can not find any hotels. Does any one know of any hotels near the Vienna airport? Is it doable to stay in the city center and take a very early taxi ride, 4:30 AM to the airport to catch our flight?

It is doable. You should make arrangements the day before just so you won't toss and turn all night long. Have a word with the hotel's concierge as soon as you check in to your city center hotel. Then, relax and enjoy Vienna.
