Hotels near Charles de Gaulle Airport

I can recommend the ETAP hotel. I stayed there last fall for one night and it had shuttle service which left about every 20 minutes to CDG right from the parking lot of the hotel. I'm pretty sure it was free and the room rate was reasonable. Rooms were basic but clean and quite adequate.

We just returned from Paris Monday. I'd gotten a room at the Hilton near Terminal 2 on Hotwire for $106. It was a quick 1 1/2 block walk to the shuttle, and after six weeks on the road in the heat, the AC was heavenly. Our flight was scheduled to leave @ 10:30 and with the suggested 3 hrs check-in, we wanted the convenience of being close. We had plenty of time after passport & security for breakfast, but by 9, it was getting much more crowded.

There's a Formule1 next door to the ETAP. Uses the same shuttle. Cheaper than ETAP and rooms are identical except that ETAP is all ensuite and F1 has only a sink in the room.

Holiday Inn Is 5 minutes from airport with free shuttle every 15 minutes. Price listed at 116 euro-not sure what is inexpensive in Paris.

I also stayed at the Etap, basic clean room with ensuite, and shuttle service, all this for a cheap price.

If you want a less expensive hotel try the Comfort Hotel CDG. Bathrooms ensuite with free shuttle to the airport, although you have to cross the street to get to the terminal. Great restaurant a five minute walk from the hotel for a typical French meal at reasonable price for your last night.
