We have stayed several times at the Vienna Marriott. Bid on Priceline and got it for about 130USD. This hotel is on the Ringstrasse, walking distance to St Stephen's, Graben, etc. plus it has a pool. Rooms are very nice with large comfortable beds and nice linens. OPEC has an office a half block away and they put their executives at this hotel when they are in Vienna for business.

I got a great deal in May on priceline.com. The Intercontinental for 3 nights, total price $312.
