Looking for a hotel in Tutzing that would make a good home base for day trips. Would like a good breakfast and we are traveling with kids.

When I was planning my last trip to Germany last October, I considered staying in Tutzing but decided my favorite place in the eastern suburbs of Munich was better located.
I had identified two place where I might have stayed in Tutzing (but, of course, didn't, so I can't give you any feedback). These were Pension Möwe and Hotel Engelhof.

Check out www.tutzing.de Click on Tourismos then Gaststatten. There will be a list, with pictures, of places to stay. Have fun planning.
