Hotel Leveque has no room for the days I am going to be in Paris and I really would like to stay in the Latin Quarter. Anybody have any ideas? We don't need anything fancy.

Visit the website, it's good.
Also try Hotel du Commerce. They are partners with 4 other hotels in the Latin Quarter, all with varying prices but still very reasonable. The website for all is below.
Try Hotel des Grandes Ecoles.
I've stayed here before and was well pleased
We stayed at Hotel St. Pierre in June. Nice place for the price and a great location.

I second the Hotel des Grande Ecoles. It was wonderful. Great location, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Our first morning in Paris we were gently awakened by the most glorious singing by children from the school next door. It was one of our highlights in France!
We also enjoyed Hotel Grandes Ecoles and it was a pleasure to hear the children singing at the adjacent school. Our room overlooked the garden and a huge tree stood right outside our window. Where else in Paris would you experience this for 128 euro per night?
I just love Hotel Esmeralda (ask for a room with a Notre Dame view) and especially Hotel Des argonautes. Neither look like much but are clean and steps from Place St. Michel and Notre Dame. About 60 euro a night I would say.
