We are going to Nice Aug 24-27 and would like to stay somewhere nice, close to the beach with great beds that is reasonably priced.

Hotel Royal is right on the Promenade and not that expensive.

Zahra, You might also have a look at www.hotel-suisse-nice.cote.azur.fr/page_en_1.html as it has a great location towards the end of the Promenade des Anglais and is very comfortable (as I recall, the beds WERE great!).

We stayed at Hotel de la Mer two weeks ago and it was great! Very reasonably priced (around 99eur/night), and about two blocks from the ocean and Old Nice (market, shops, restaurants, etc). Rooms are also very recently renovated and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
