I've got one night to spend in Cologne. Any recommendations on a good hotel, centrally located, with Wi-Fi, in Cologne?

I really, really like the Coellner Hof hotel. It is my all time favorite hotel anywhere. It is about a 10 min. walk from the Hbf. Lovely decor, old world charm, the best breakfast buffet you will ever have, friendly staff, large rooms and bathrooms and the price is decent, should be under 100 euro for a double.
