I'm looking into booking accommadation in Rothenberg and have narrowed it down to three places. They all look good online and I like the location but I'd also like to know how if the beds are comfortable. Has anyone stayed at: Pension Elke, Gastehaus Flemming or Frau Liebler's rooms?
Can highly recommend Pension Elke. Lived in Germany and stayed there probably at least 6 times when we took friends. Rooms are small but pristine. Don't remember any complaints about the beds. Location is perfect, breakfast is extensive, and owner is very kind. He will also find you a place to park.
Not the accommodation you are inquiring about, but we loved the Kloster Stuebble. The room was large with wood floors, oriental rugs, and beautiful bathroom-sink was Villeroy. The breakfast, included, was very nice. The price was great-budget level. We regretted that we were staying only one night. We had a car and they provided parking which is a challenge in Rothenburg.
