We have an early departure and then a late arrival. Have not been able to locate a reasonably priced triple room within walking distance from the station. Any ideas anyone?

Bill, does the hotel really have to be within walking distance of the Gare de Lyon? The Metro runs until 1:00am and starts at 5:00am.

We've stayed at Hotel Lyon-Mulhouse several times, twice with our kids, and it's very nice, very friendly. It's about a five or six block walk fo Gare de Lyon. We've walked it quite comfortably with luggage.
