In most cities it is best to have the hotel call you a cab. Not so at this hotel. During our stay, we were told the cab to the airport was 30-32e. We asked the hotel to order a cab the last day. The driver spoke good english while we were taking the 15 minute drive. When we got there the price was 38e. I told him we had been quoted 32e and then all of a sudden he did not speak english. He called the hotel and they told me the price is 38e. What can you do? After paying, his english returned and he said he worked for the hotel not a cab company. Not a big deal, but a bad taste for our last day. I emailed my complaint about that and a couple of other things and did not receive an answer.
