No, I haven't stayed there but I just looked at where it is located and it looks too close to the Peripherique and not close enough to anything else. And even though the website says "Champs Elysée area", it looks a good long hike to me.

Yeah, it's not a bad area in the safety sense but it's a bit remote from tourist districts. Their main clientele is probably business types who can't afford to stay in La Defense itself.
