Hotel Relais Bosquet PARIS - Cleanliness Request

I have asthma and have trouble in dusty, musty or smoky hotels. I'd like to stay at the Relais Bosquet. If you've stayed there, I'd appreciate your comments on the condition of the rooms.

This is my favorite hotel in Paris. Have stayed there 3 times for a week at a time---last time was 2 years ago. It has always been very clean with great decor and good beds and air conditioning. I always stay in a superior room because they are in the front section of the hotel and the rooms are bigger and not much more money. There is a bakery next door and one block away on Rue Cler so you can skip the extra fee for breakfast and purchase your own. This is Rick's favorite Paris neighborhood and for good reason. It's convenient to most everthing and has lots of restaurants in walking distance.
