hotel or b&b reservations necessary for Bruges on June 14?

My daughter and I will be visiting Paris and Bruges June 9-15. I have reservations for all nights except June 14 because we would like to be flexible. Maybe we want to spend the last night in Bruges or in Paris? June 14 will be a Sunday night. Are we OK without reservations or will we have trouble finding something on short notice? Thanks.

All I can tell you is that I was able to change my Bruges reservation a day ahead with no problem at about that same time. BTW, I'd consider staying at the Royal Stewart - great place, great hosts, great location - and two cute Yorkies to boot! :)
