Hotel on Mont. St. Michel?

Looking for a personal recommendation on a hotel on Mont. St. Michel for May 2014. Reviews I've read in RS guides and on Trip Advisor site are somewhat mixed. Thanks in advance for your help.

A few years ago we stayed at Hotel Mouton Blanc and had a nice experience. Our room was across the walkway from the main hotel in a stone building. It was charming and perfectly located. I recommend it.
