Has anyone experience finding a good hotel near train Station in Casablanca. Is the Train Station close-in the City or in a remote part of town? My son and I are able to walk if it isn't too far. We haven't quite decided to visit there on our way to Marrakesh or another city. Any suggestion will be gratefully accepted.

You may get more suggestions on Trip Advisor. Back in the 1970s when we traveled in Morocco the sheets weren't necessarily changed on the beds between customers, just brushed off. Of course we were young, low-paid teachers, and stayed in some pretty grungy places in Europe too. I hope it's changed.
