Recommendations for a safe hotel near RER and CDG. We're arriving by RER from Nantes the night before our flight out and need 1 nights lodging. Thank you!

At CDG you have a few choices, all convenient to the airport. The Hilton is very nice, located at Terminal 3, but a free shuttle to terminal 2 if that is where you fly out of. Near the Hilton is an Ibis, which is more economical, smaller room, but always very clean. There is also a Novotel and a Sheraton, and all have positive reviews. If you want to be right at terminal 2 and their rates are in your range, then the Sheraton would be your pick. If you want a lower price, but still immaculate room, take the Ibis. We just stayed at the Hilton last week ( the night before our flight) and it was perfect.

There's also a perfectly fine ETAP on the aiport and served by the Accor shuttle bus. It costs about seventy bucks a night. Next door is the Formule1, its cheaper coporate twin, but it only has a sink in the room.
