I am trying to confirm our hotel reservation before our trip next month. In Amsterdam we are staying at Hotel Nadia. I have sent two emails via their website- one last week and one yesterday, yet I have not received a reply. Do you think I should be concerned or is this to be expected? Thanks!
I had no problems with e-mail communication with Nadia earlier this summer for my sons' booking.Make certain that if you use filtering by way of your address book that you have entered them into your address book. otherwise if you received an e-mail confirmation from them I would not worry about it.
