Has anyone stayed at this hotel? A room has been booked for us there; I can not find any reviews. Thank you.

How odd that there are no reviews anywhere. I can't tell you anything about the hotel, but Meiringen is a great little town and excellent jumping off point for a lot of places in the Berner Oberland. We were lucky enough to be there when they hosted the Bern Canton's Jodelfest in 2001.

Their website is only in German, so perhaps English-speakers do not feel that comfortable staying there, and there's no one to post a review. But it looks like a nice, welcoming place on the website.

Thanks. I trust my tour guide who set up all the self-guided reservations, I just thought it odd there wasn't any feedback.
