I will be in Vienna mid April and am looking for an inexpensicve hotel close to the major sites. Would like it to include breakfast.

Pension (Hotel) Nossek. The most central, not expensive and breakfast included. We loved it !!!

K&T Boardinghouse now has two properties (close by), and their location cannot be beat. They're 2 Metro stops from the Ringstrasse/City Apartments, and good restaurants and grocery stores are closeby.
And at 79 euros, they're very well priced.

Pension Sacher. Awesome location right in the center. Great prices. No breakfast but there is a bakery on the 1st floor of the building. Couple of the rooms have washmachines too.
