Hotel in Paris

I'm considering staying at a two-star hotel in Paris (15th arrondisment) called the Hotel Tourisme. Has anyone ever stayed here or even heard of it?

I just looked at the website and it looks like every French 2 star hotel I have ever stayed in and will probably be fine. My favourite in the 15th, though, is the Hotel Ideal on rue Emile-Zola, where the rates may even be a bit less AND the hotel is a lot better than the Tourisme looks.
