Hotel de Filosoof - has anyone ever stayed at this hotel? Did you like it, the area, was it clean? It appears to be a great value, however we normally stay at 4 stars and this is a 3 star, but I have never stayed in the Netherlands before

It's a neat, funky place near the park with a good staff and a good breakfast.
Cloes to the trollys but easy waking to EVERYWHERE!
I stay there whenever I can get in when I'm in AMS
