Hotel Falketurm-Munich. Any comments on this hotel? Is it in a safe area?

Falkenturm is only a few blocks from the Hofbräuhaus, and plenty of people are around there late at night. But, realistically, I don't believe there are unsafe neighborhoods in Germany. They might look a little unsavory, like sex shops and bars, but I don't think there is anything really unsafe about them.
